What information this site collects

The only information collected from you is what you type into the signup form or the contact form. That usually means a parent or student name, an email address, a phone number, your student's grade level, the subjects or test they need help with, and whatever you choose to write in the message field. Nothing on this site asks for payment card numbers, government identification, or school records.

If you call one of the learning centers instead of using a form, that conversation happens by phone and this website is not involved at all.

Who processes your form submissions

Form submissions are delivered to the College Tutors Chicago team by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes your message to our email inbox. Student registration, scheduling, and session records are kept in TutorBird, the student portal used to run tutoring. Both are third-party providers handling your information so we can reply to you and schedule sessions, and each is bound by its own privacy terms.

How your information is used

• Replying to your question and talking through what your student needs.

• Matching your student with a tutor and scheduling sessions.

• Keeping a record of sessions and progress so tutoring stays consistent.

• Reaching you about scheduling changes for sessions you have booked.

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is shared only with the staff and tutor working with your student, and with the service providers named above that make scheduling and email delivery work.

Website analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to measure traffic in aggregate: which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which links get clicked. It runs without cookies and without cross-site or cross-device tracking, and it does not build an advertising profile of you. The numbers we see describe groups of visitors rather than identifiable people.

Children and student information

The forms on this site are written for parents and guardians, and this site is not directed at children under 13 for the purpose of collecting information. Details about a student, including grade level and subject needs, come to us from the adult filling out the form. If you believe a child submitted information here on their own, call either learning center and we will remove it.

Requesting a copy or a deletion

You can ask what information we hold about you or your student, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the learning center you have been working with and say what you want done. Phone is the fastest route, and it lets us confirm we are speaking with the parent or guardian on the account before anything is changed or removed.

Some pages link out to the national College Tutors website or open the TutorBird student portal. Once you leave this site, the privacy practices of whoever runs that page apply, so read their policy if you plan to enter information there.
